Since you can order merchandise, subscribe to the magazine or one of our services, such as newsletter or podcast through this website, we may collect some of your personal information including your email address and credit card information. We may also collect information about your personal or professional interests and use of or opinions about various products, programs and services. For instance, we may ask you to identify your job or industry to qualify you for free business magazines. Our policy is to never share any of this personal information with other parties.
Racquet does not host or process customer credit cards. All payments are processed via PayPal or Square.

You may cancel at any time during your subscription and receive a full refund for unmailed issues. All orders subject to approval. By ordering, you agree not to resell any subscriptions purchased from this site.
Your subscription to Racquet will be automatically renewed unless you tell us to cancel your subscription. Before the start of each renewal, you will be sent a reminder notice stating the subscription rate and terms. If you do nothing, your credit/debit card or payment account will be charged, or you will be sent an invoice for your subscription. You may cancel at any time during your subscription period by contacting customer service, and you will receive a full refund for all unserved issues.
